The service

Plumedesk (operated by CARTE LTD) provides independent consultants with a public website, scheduling, payment collection, invoicing, and a client portal. You are responsible for the content you publish and the services you sell.

Payments

Payments between you and your clients run through your own Stripe account under Stripe’s terms. Plumedesk subscription fees are billed via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. If your subscription lapses, publishing is paused; your data remains yours.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, spam, or abuse of the platform. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CARTE LTD’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
