Overview

Plumedesk (operated by CARTE LTD) provides websites, scheduling, payments and client management for independent consultants. This policy describes what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and Google account identifier when you sign in with Google.

Calendar data: with your consent we read free/busy times to prevent double-bookings and create events for confirmed bookings. We never read event contents.

Client data: information consultants store about their clients (contacts, bookings, invoices, notes, files) is processed on the consultant’s behalf.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see card numbers.

How we use it

Only to operate the product: rendering your site, scheduling bookings, sending transactional email (via Resend), processing payments (via Stripe), and storing files you upload. We do not sell personal data.

Data retention & deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. Contact us to export or delete your workspace and its data.
